Shareholders approve corporate name change

Fast Casual Concepts Inc. said its board action on July 24, 2026, set a corporate name change in motion, shifting the company identity to Eyeonix AIQ.

Majority holders with 91.1% of the voting power delivered written consent the same day, clearing the change without a shareholder meeting.

The company said a Wyoming articles amendment will be filed to implement the new name, with effectiveness targeted for on or after Aug. 24, 2026. FINRA sign-off is still required, and common stock is expected to continue trading as FCCI until a new symbol is authorized.
