1. Phase 1 results
Fate Therapeutics announced preliminary Phase 1 results for FT819 in lupus nephritis, presented October 24, 2026, at ASN Kidney Week. Both patients evaluable at six months on the selected bendamustine regimen achieved renal responses, with improvements in kidney damage.
2. Safety and next steps
No dose-limiting toxicities occurred among 29 autoimmune patients, supporting outpatient administration. The findings support the ongoing, potentially registrational Phase 2 RECLAIM-LN trial in refractory, moderate-to-severe lupus with kidney involvement.
