Fate Therapeutics Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $30.2 million; revenue rises to $2.1 million

Fate Therapeutics posted a Q2 2026 net loss of $30.2 million, or $0.25 per share, narrowing from $34.1 million.
Revenue rose to $2.1 million from $1.9 million, driven by preclinical work under the Ono Pharmaceutical collaboration.
Total operating expenses fell to $33.2 million from $38.9 million, including $24.4 million in research and development.
Balance sheet and clinical updates
Cash, cash equivalents, and investments ended June 30 at $153.8 million, down $21 million on the quarter.
The company said the first patient was dosed in RECLAIM-LN for FT819, and the FDA cleared the FT839 IND. Fate Therapeutics said its cash runway is expected to last into 2028.
