FB Financial Q2 FY26 net income rises 1.95% to $58.65 million; revenue increases 1.4% to $174.75 million

- Loans held for investment climbed to $12.87 billion, up 11.6% annualized from Q1, while deposits increased to $14.35 billion, up 7.7% annualized.
- Nonperforming loans as a share of loans held for investment rose to 1.17% from 0.96%, driven by three relationships migrating to nonperforming status.
- Capital returns accelerated with repurchases of 1,546,707 shares, equal to 3.01% of common shares outstanding during the quarter.
