FBS Global Secures 12-Month Exclusive Rights to Green Intelligent Building Technologies
FBS Global secured exclusive international commercialization rights for patented green and intelligent building systems under a 12-month trial period, with priority to negotiate IP acquisitions thereafter. The deal complements its existing S$104.8M project pipeline across Singapore’s commercial, industrial and public sectors, bolstering its sustainable infrastructure offerings.
1. Exclusive Commercialization Agreement
FBS Global obtained exclusive rights from XinWan (HaiNan) Investment Holding to deploy, promote and commercialize advanced intelligent building systems and energy-efficient construction materials across international markets during a 12-month validation period.
2. Advanced Technology Portfolio
The agreement covers patented digital building systems and eco-friendly materials designed to reduce consumption, improve efficiency and enhance energy performance in smart infrastructure projects.
3. Integration with Existing Pipeline
FBS Global plans to deploy these technologies across its secured S$104.8 million project pipeline in Singapore’s commercial, industrial and public sector markets to meet growing demand for sustainable construction.
4. Future IP Acquisition Rights
Following the commercialization period, FBS Global holds priority rights to negotiate acquisition of related patents and intellectual property, subject to performance and mutually agreed terms.
