FBS Global secured a US$78.5 million project pipeline spanning eight A&A, renovation, new build and retrofitting contracts with US$34.6 million from government-linked infrastructure subcontracts. The specialized work covers thermal insulation, lead-lined drywall partitions, false ceilings and interior fit-outs, reinforcing its technical execution capabilities.
1. Secured Project Pipeline
FBS Global announced a secured project pipeline totaling US$78.5 million across eight construction and sub-contract awards. These contracts encompass additions and alterations, renovations, new building erection and large-scale retrofitting of existing structures.
2. Government-linked Allocation
Approximately US$34.6 million of the secured pipeline consists of infrastructure subcontracts for public sector developments. FBS Global serves as a specialist subcontractor on government-linked projects led by main contractors.
3. Technical Service Scope
The awarded works require specialized expertise in slab and soffit thermal insulation systems, lead-lined drywall partitions, false ceiling installations and integrated interior design and fit-out elements for annex blocks and dormitory facilities.
4. Nasdaq Compliance Restoration
FBS Global has regained full compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement after closing at or above USD 1 for ten consecutive trading days, restoring its access to capital markets and supporting liquidity.
