Four Corners Property Trust extended all 66 Olive Garden and LongHorn leases expiring in October 2027 with Darden Restaurants. The agreement also extends six leases expiring in October 2028; all extensions run about five years, and rents will continue to increase 1.5% annually under the existing leases.
