Rental revenue increased 8% year over year to $70.04 million; AFFO per diluted share rose 1.4% to $0.45.
Portfolio performance
Portfolio rent collections reached 99.7% of contractual base rent; occupancy stood at 99.5% across 1,336 properties.
Acquisitions and tenant exposure
Q2 acquisitions totaled $57.2 million for 23 properties at a 6.8% initial weighted average cash yield; no properties were sold.
July included a record $268 million Mission Pet Health portfolio buy; Darden exposure fell to about 41% of total rent.
