FDA approves Roche’s Tecentriq plus chemotherapy for adjuvant stage III dMMR colon cancer
The FDA approved Tecentriq, including Tecentriq Hybreza, with fluoropyrimidine-oxaliplatin chemotherapy for adjuvant stage III dMMR colon cancer. In the Phase III ATOMIC trial, the combination cut recurrence or death risk by 50%; 36-month disease-free survival was 86%, versus 76% with mFOLFOX6 alone.

The FDA cleared Tecentriq, including Tecentriq Hybreza, with fluoropyrimidine-oxaliplatin chemotherapy for adjuvant treatment of stage III dMMR colon cancer. The Phase III ATOMIC trial found a 50% reduction in recurrence or death risk compared with mFOLFOX6 alone, with 36-month disease-free survival of 86% versus 76%.
