FDA grants priority review to BeOne’s Brukinsa combination for first-line mantle cell lymphoma
ONC•The FDA granted priority review to BeOne Medicines’ Brukinsa and rituximab combination for adults with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma. In the Phase 3 MANGROVE trial, the combination reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 43% versus bendamustine and rituximab.
