1. Upcoming Fed calendar
The Federal Open Market Committee is scheduled to meet October 27-28 and December 8-9, 2026. The diary also lists meetings through January 2028, with statements scheduled for release at 2 p.m. on the second day of each meeting and news conferences expected 30 minutes later.
2. Officials and releases
Federal Reserve officials have public appearances scheduled from October 30 through November 19, including remarks on the economy, monetary policy, energy and financial stability. The minutes for the October 27-28 meeting are scheduled for November 18, the Beige Book for November 25, and the quarterly Financial Accounts of the United States for December 10.
