The diary lists FOMC meetings on October 27-28 and December 8-9, 2026, followed by eight meetings in 2027 and one on January 25-26, 2028. Statements are scheduled for release at 1400 local time on the second day, with news conferences expected 30 minutes later.
The schedule lists appearances by Federal Reserve officials from September 28 through October 12, including speeches on the economic outlook, AI and emerging technology, payments, rural economic conditions and monetary policy. Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh has no public events currently scheduled.
The diary schedules FOMC minutes for October 7, November 18 and December 30, 2026, and Beige Book releases for October 14, November 25 and January 13, 2027. The Fed is also scheduled to issue its quarterly Financial Accounts of the United States on December 10.
