Federal Signal completed the acquisition of substantially all assets and operations of Global Vacuum Systems for approximately $29 million. The purchase price includes approximately $15 million for the vacuum truck manufacturer’s facility. Federal Signal said the acquisition expands manufacturing capacity and strengthens its presence in the code liquid vacuum tank truck market.

Global Vacuum Systems generated approximately $12 million in net sales for the year ended December 31, 2025.
