Federal Signal Adds Crane CFO and Enpro CEO to Board
Federal Signal has appointed Rich Maue, CFO of Crane Company since 2013, and Eric Vaillancourt, Enpro Inc.’s President and CEO since 2021, to its board of directors. Their expertise in finance, operations and strategic planning is set to bolster oversight of Federal Signal’s Environmental Solutions and Safety and Security Systems.

Federal Signal has appointed Rich Maue, CFO of Crane Company since 2013, and Eric Vaillancourt, Enpro Inc.’s President and CEO since 2021, to its board of directors effective immediately.
2. Richard A. Maue Background
Since January 2013, Maue has served as CFO at Crane Company, ascending from Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer to Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President, overseeing finance functions and Aerospace and Electronics segment leadership until February 2023.
3. Eric A. Vaillancourt Background
Vaillancourt has led Enpro Inc. as President and CEO since November 2021 after serving as Interim CEO, President of Sealing Technologies, and President of STEMCO and Garlock divisions, with prior roles at Bluelinx Corporation in sales and distribution.
