Fed's Goolsbee says rate hike and pause both 'on the table'

Goolsbee said the latest jobs data show a steady labor market and that high inflation remains the Fed's bigger policy priority. Asked whether the Fed should raise rates or pause this month, he said there was “plenty of room for anything to be on the table” and called for evidence that inflation is headed back to 2%.
