Fermi appoints George Wentz general counsel, names new CFO, COO and CCO

Fermi named four new officers effective July 22, 2026, reshaping its senior leadership team.

• George Wentz appointed general counsel; he founded MAD Energy in 2020, serves as its CEO, and has been a partner at Davillier Law Group since 2008.
• Anna Bofa named chief commercial officer; Jacobo Ortiz named chief operating officer; both will remain co-chairs of the interim Office of the CEO.
• Rob Masson appointed chief financial officer, rounding out the new senior officer slate.
• Each executive will join the 2025 long-term incentive plan, with equity awards split 30% RSUs and 70% PSUs.
