In an OceanWall interview, McIntire outlined plans to build power infrastructure for rising U.S. electricity demand at a site near Amarillo, Texas. Project Matador has clean-air permits covering 6 GW of generation capacity and has secured 2.2 GW of natural gas turbines; McIntire also highlighted a partnership with Texas Tech University and a focus on execution, measurable milestones and more transparent shareholder communication.
