The recast disclosure confirms a binding 15-year turnkey data center lease for 222 MW at Project Matador, with phased delivery starting in 2H 2027.
Phase one totals about $6.5 billion in contracted revenue over the initial term, excluding renewals.
Expansion rights cover two additional facilities, lifting planned capacity to more than 650 MW across three phases.
