Fermi’s founder shareholder group filed a proposal to restore pre-IPO voting standards, replacing a 70% bylaw supermajority adopted since April.
It also urged a vote to raise the company’s REIT ownership limit to 9.8% from 2.5%, lifting a cap on institutional stakes.
The group reported it holds about 22% of shares outstanding.
