Fermi signs CBRE to run operations, maintenance at first Texas data center
FRMI•Fermi signed CBRE to exclusively manage operations and maintenance at its first Texas Panhandle data center. The initial term is five years from building one’s ready-for-service date, with options to renew in additional five-year terms.
1. Operations agreement
CBRE will oversee maintenance, cooling, fire protection and building systems at the AI-focused facility to support uptime. The framework allows additional campus buildings to be added under the same operating standard as capacity expands.
