Ferrari executed the second tranche of its €3.5bn multi-year buyback by purchasing 44,782 shares from April 27 to 30 at an average €293.06 per share for €13.12m. Since January 5, the company has acquired 1,027,264 shares for €303.56m, raising treasury holdings to 17.56m shares (9.06% of issued capital) as of May 1, 2026.
