Ferrari Spends €81.3M on Second Tranche Buyback, Treasury Stake Hits 9.14%
Ferrari spent €81.26 million repurchasing 277,487 shares on Euronext Milan and $11.50 million for 34,850 NYSE shares in the second tranche of its €250 million April buyback, lifting treasury holdings to 9.14% of issued common shares by May 15, 2026. Since January 5, the automaker has purchased 1,197,782 shares for €351.83 million under its €3.5 billion multi-year program.
1. Second Tranche Purchases
Between May 11 and May 15, 2026, Ferrari repurchased 277,487 common shares on Euronext Milan for €81.26 million and 34,850 shares on the NYSE for $11.50 million as part of the second tranche of its €250 million April buyback program.
2. Treasury Holdings
As of May 15, 2026, Ferrari held 17,732,008 treasury shares, representing 9.14% of issued common shares (9.49% including special voting shares). The cancellation of these shares, approved at the April 15 Annual General Meeting, has not yet been executed.
3. Multi-Year Program Progress
Since the start of its €3.5 billion multi-year buyback on January 5, 2026, Ferrari has acquired 1,197,782 shares for €351.83 million, leaving approximately €3.15 billion available for future repurchases through 2030.
