Ferrari Deploys €104.9M In Second Tranche of €250M Buyback, Hits 9.2% Treasury Stake

RACE•Ferrari has spent €104.94 million under the second tranche of its €250 million buyback program, acquiring 360,810 shares on Euronext Milan and 62,087 shares on the NYSE. As of June 2, treasury holdings total 17,842,568 common shares (9.20% of issued common shares), with 1,308,342 shares repurchased for €383.25 million since January 5.
Between May 26 and May 28 Ferrari purchased 360,810 shares on Euronext Milan for €104,936,640.87 and 62,087 shares on the NYSE for USD 20,498,780.80 under the second tranche of its €250 million buyback program.
As of June 2, the company held 17,842,568 common shares in treasury (9.20% of issued common shares) and 9.53% including special voting shares, prior to the cancellation approved on April 15.
Since the January 5 launch of the multi-year €3.5 billion program, Ferrari has repurchased 1,308,342 shares for €383,247,462.96, with the cancellation of treasury shares pending execution.
