Ferrari spent €11.84 million to repurchase 39,037 shares at an average of €303.30 each during April 13-17, marking the second tranche of its €3.5 billion buyback program through 2030. As of April 17 the company holds 17,461,497 treasury shares, equal to 9.00% of issued common shares.
1. Second Tranche Purchases
Between April 13 and 17 Ferrari repurchased 39,037 common shares on Euronext Milan at an average price of €303.30 per share, investing €11,839,834.39 as part of the second tranche of its multi-year €3.5 billion buyback program.
2. Employee Grants and Sell-to-Cover
On April 16 the company assigned 95,273 common shares under its employee equity incentive plan and executed a cross-order transaction to purchase 35,391 shares at €304.00 each to cover tax obligations in its standard Sell-to-Cover practice.
3. Aggregate Program Progress
Since the program launch on January 5, 2026, Ferrari has acquired 924,482 common shares across Euronext Milan and NYSE for €272,597,919.43. As of April 17, treasury holdings stand at 17,461,497 common shares, representing 9.00% of issued shares and 9.39% of total share capital including special voting shares.
