Ferrari Invests €187.5M and $51.5M in Buybacks, Holds 8.99% Treasury Shares
Ferrari has invested €187.5 million to repurchase 636,993 shares on Euronext Milan and $51.5 million to repurchase 151,800 shares on NYSE under the first tranche of its €250 million buyback program. As of April 6, the automaker held 17.43 million treasury shares (8.99% of common shares, 9.38% including special voting shares) and has acquired 788,793 shares for €232.1 million since launching its €3.5 billion multi-year program on January 5.
1. First Tranche Purchases
Between March 30 and April 2, 2026, Ferrari repurchased 636,993 common shares on Euronext Milan for €187,515,724.80 and 151,800 shares on the NYSE for USD 51,496,949.38 under the first tranche of its €250 million buyback program announced December 16, 2025.
2. Treasury Shares Holding
As of April 6, 2026, Ferrari held 17,433,399 treasury shares net of incentive-plan assignments, representing 8.99% of total issued common shares. Including special voting shares, treasury holdings equal 9.38% of total issued share capital.
3. Multi-Year Program Progress
Since the January 5, 2026 start of its multi-year €3.5 billion buyback program, Ferrari has purchased 788,793 own shares across Euronext Milan and NYSE for a total consideration of €232,058,803.48, leaving approximately €3.27 billion available through 2030.
