Ferrari Spends €149M to Buy 509,019 Shares in Second Tranche
RACE•Between June 11 and 19, Ferrari repurchased 55,223 shares for €17.18M under its €250M second-tranche buyback program, lifting tranche spend to €149M on 509,019 shares. As of June 19, the company holds 17.93M treasury shares (9.25% of issued) and has spent €410M to repurchase 1.39M shares since January.
1. Buyback Activity June 11-19
During June 11–19, Ferrari repurchased 36,073 shares on Euronext Milan for €11.14M and 19,150 shares on the NYSE for $6.999M (€6.036M), totaling 55,223 shares for €17.18M at an average price of €311.04 per share.
2. Second Tranche Totals
Since the second-tranche launch, Ferrari has acquired 427,782 shares on Euronext Milan for €125.38M and 81,237 shares on the NYSE for $27.50M (€23.59M), totaling 509,019 shares for €149M under the €250M tranche.
3. Treasury Shares Position
As of June 19, Ferrari holds 17,928,690 treasury shares, representing 9.25% of issued common shares (9.57% including special voting shares). Cancellation approved at the April AGM has not yet been effected.
4. Multi-Year Buyback Program Progress
From January 5 through June 19, Ferrari has repurchased 1,394,464 shares across both exchanges for €409.73M, advancing its €3.5B multi-year buyback plan toward the 2030 target.
