Ferrari Spends €9.7M on 31,000 Shares in First €250M Buyback Tranche
Ferrari repurchased 31,000 shares on Euronext Milan from Feb 16–20 at €313.07 average, spending €9.7 million in the first tranche of its €250 million buyback. Since Jan. 5, the company has bought 307,643 shares for €91.68 million, holding 16.95 million treasury shares (8.74%).
1. First Tranche Purchases
Ferrari executed the first tranche of its €250 million buyback program from February 16 to 20, acquiring 31,000 common shares on Euronext Milan at an average price of €313.07 per share for a total of €9,705,104.20. Daily purchases ranged from 5,500 to 6,500 shares with prices between €308.33 and €320.14.
2. Program-to-Date Buybacks and Treasury Holdings
Since the January 5 launch, Ferrari has repurchased 307,643 shares across Euronext Milan and NYSE for €91.68 million. The company’s treasury holdings now total 16,952,249 shares, equal to 8.74% of issued common stock and 9.19% of total issued capital including special voting shares, as it progresses toward a €3.5 billion buyback by 2030.
