Ferrovial posted H1 2026 revenue of €4.7 billion, up 11.3% year over year on a like-for-like basis.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) climbed 21.6% to €746 million; net profit fell to €258 million from capital gains booked a year earlier.
Pipeline and U.S. bidding activity
Ferrovial submitted bids for I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes in Tennessee and I-285 East in Georgia.

Highways and construction performance
Highways revenue rose 15.8% to €740 million; adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) increased 13.4% to €530 million on North America strength.
Construction adjusted EBIT margin (non-IFRS) held at 3.5%; order book hit a record €18 billion.
