Ferrovial appointed John L. Morton as airports division CEO, effective September 2026, replacing Luke Bugeja.

Morton was CEO at Global Infrastructure Partners, a BlackRock-owned firm, where he built and led the Americas transport team. He previously worked as an investment banking director at Credit Suisse in London and New York.
Bugeja will remain in the role until his retirement in November to support the handover.
