STLA•Stellantis has opened U.S. orders for its Fiat Topolino low-speed electric quadricycle priced at $13,995, featuring a 5.4-kWh battery, 19 mph top speed (upgradeable to 25 mph), and up to 46-mile range. Limited 2026 Topolino and Dolcevita models are available now at select dealers under the FaSTLAne 2030 strategy.

Stellantis has introduced the 2026 Fiat Topolino and Topolino Dolcevita in the U.S., marking its entry into the micromobility segment. Orders opened July 2026 through select dealerships, offering customers a compact EV designed for neighborhood and lifestyle use.

The Topolino is powered by a 5.4-kWh lithium-ion battery delivering up to 46 miles of range and a top speed of 19 mph, which can be increased to 25 mph via a Low Speed Vehicle conversion kit expected by late summer 2026.

Both body styles carry an MSRP of $13,995 (excluding destination fee) and are available in limited quantities. Topolino features include LED lamps, panoramic sunroof or roll-back soft-top, digital cluster, and storage solutions tailored for casual urban driving.
