FingerMotion signs three-party MOU with Lyken.AI, BlueFlare on AI compute capacity in Western Canada
FNGR•Gas supply talks continue separately
FingerMotion said parallel talks continue with multiple gas suppliers and midstream counterparties for firm supply to support on-site generation at Alberta corridor sites.
No definitive gas-supply, offtake or financing agreements have been executed.
Non-binding MOU targets AI compute and power capacity
FingerMotion said it signed a non-binding three-party memorandum of understanding with Lyken.AI Computing and BlueFlare Energy Solutions on September 2026.
The framework targets matching Lyken’s enterprise AI and high-performance computing demand with modular behind-the-meter power capacity developed under the existing BlueFlare alliance. Initial focus covers Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
The arrangement is non-exclusive and sets no pricing, capacity commitments, funding obligations or timelines.
