Total non-interest income fell 10.6% to $2.4 million, reflecting a $180,000 loss tied to a leased branch closure.
Total assets were $2 billion, while deposits edged up 0.3% to $1.73 billion; loans receivable increased to $1.5 billion.
Merger agreement with First Financial Bancorp
Finward Bancorp agreed to merge into First Financial Bancorp in a stock deal valued at about $208 million; FDIC and DFI terminated the MOU.
