FIP Shine buys 19,983 Braskem shares in tender offer auction
BAK•FIP Shine acquired 2,850 Braskem common shares and 17,133 Class A preferred shares in a tender offer auction. Settlement on October 21, 2026, is expected to bring FIP Shine’s holdings to 50.11% of voting capital and 34.33% of total capital.
1. Auction terms
FIP Shine acquired 2,850 Braskem common shares and 17,133 Class A preferred shares in the tender offer auction. Each share receives two first-series debentures and one second-series debenture from NSP Investimentos’ second issuance.
2. Remaining shares
Remaining common shareholders can sell on identical terms from October 16 through November 16, 2026.
