Firefly Aerospace names Rick Ambrose to board and committees
FLY•Rick Ambrose joined Firefly Aerospace’s board on Oct. 5, 2026, and took seats on its audit and compensation committees. Director Thomas Zurbuchen resigned effective Sept. 30, 2026.

Firefly Aerospace said Rick Ambrose joined its board as a Class III director on Oct. 5, 2026, with a term running to the 2028 annual meeting. He also joined the audit and compensation committees. Thomas Zurbuchen resigned from the board effective Sept. 30, 2026. Ambrose previously led Lockheed Martin’s space business as executive vice president and retired in March 2022.
