FBDT•First Breach and Hellbender sign strategic agreement for drone platforms
First Breach entered a strategic agreement with Hellbender to develop two Class 1 attritable drone platforms for defense and security uses.
First Breach will own the platforms and related intellectual property, controlling manufacturing and commercialization.
Hellbender will provide engineering, design, technical support, and component manufacturing under the agreement.
Initial prototypes are expected in Q4 2026, with large-scale production scaling targeted to start in Q2 2027.
Production target set at more than 2,500 drones per week as capacity expands.
