First Community Corporation appointed Terrance Ford, Vice President of AT&T South Carolina since 2023, to its board effective Oct. 1, 2026.
Ford has held leadership roles at AT&T for nearly three decades, spanning network operations, broadband services, technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and public policy.
Shell K. Berry joined the board effective Oct. 1, 2026; she has led the Community Foundation for the Central Savannah River Area as CEO since 2015.
Berry previously worked in investment banking at Banc of America Securities, held nonprofit development roles, and later owned a retail business.
Committee assignments for both new directors have not been set.
