First Interstate BancSystem named Jeff Lee executive vice president, chief operations officer for the company and First Interstate Bank, effective Sept. 14, 2026.
Lee previously held several senior roles at Seacoast Banking, most recently chief operations and technology officer, leaving in January 2024.
He later worked as an independent strategic consultant to a publicly traded banking institution from March 2025 to November 2025.
