- First Northwest Bancorp board chair Cindy Hill Finnie was named a 2026 Puget Sound Business Journal Director of the Year.
- Finnie has chaired the board since 2022, becoming the first woman to hold the role in the bank’s more than 100-year history.
- She joined the board in 2012, previously spending 38 years at Allstate Insurance in leadership roles across underwriting, sales, and finance.
- Finnie led the board process that resulted in Curt Queyrouze’s appointment as president and CEO in 2025.
