Settlement of Socotra REIT lawsuit

First Northwest Bancorp’s First Fed Bank settled a Washington state lawsuit filed by Socotra REIT I in October 2025.

The bank agreed to pay $1.3 million within 30 days under a Sept. 15, 2026 settlement agreement.

Claims in the suit included alleged misrepresentation, fraud, conversion and consumer-protection violations tied to a commercial loan involving Ideal Property Investments.

The settlement includes mutual releases, dismissal with prejudice and no admission of liability or wrongdoing.
