Sept. 18 (Reuters) - First Northwest Bancorp FNWB.O:
- First Northwest Bancorp said Fed Bank and Socotra entered a settlement agreement on Sept. 15, 2026, according to an SEC filing.
- The bank will make a $1.30 million cash payment for full release and dismissal of the complaint, the filing said.
