First Seacoast Bank merges into Cambridge Savings Bank after acquisition closes
FSEA•First Seacoast Bancorp completed its sale to Cambridge Financial Group, and First Seacoast Bank merged into Cambridge Savings Bank. The combined bank will operate 24 full-service offices, with systems and account integration expected to be completed in 2027.
1. Merger takes effect
First Seacoast Bancorp completed its sale to Cambridge Financial Group, parent of Cambridge Savings Bank, effective October 1, 2026. First Seacoast Bank merged into Cambridge Savings Bank, which will be the surviving institution.
2. Combined bank operations
Branding changes start immediately, while systems and account integration is expected to be completed in 2027. The combined bank will operate 24 full-service offices across eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire’s Seacoast region. Cambridge Savings Bank will make a charitable contribution of more than $100,000 in the New Hampshire Seacoast region.
