FirstCash upsizes unsecured revolving credit facility to USD 1.055 billion, extends maturity to August 2031

FirstCash amended its long-term unsecured bank credit agreement, upsizing the revolving facility to USD 1.055 billion from USD 700 million.
Maturity was extended to August 2031 from August 2029, providing a five-year committed capital runway.
The agreement raises the permitted net leverage ratio to 3.5x consolidated EBITDA for the full term.
Additional currency borrowing capacity supports acquisition plans
The facility adds British pound sterling borrowings up to a USD 500 million equivalent, supporting the planned Ramsdens acquisition.
