FirstRand Bank announces full redemption of structured product notes effective Oct. 20
FNB•FirstRand Bank will fully redeem 10,000 units each of its FRE039, FRE040 and FRE041 structured product notes on Oct. 20, 2026, reducing each outstanding balance to zero. The notes will be suspended that day and terminated on Oct. 23.

FirstRand Bank will fully redeem 10,000 units each of its FRE039, FRE040 and FRE041 structured product notes effective Oct. 20, 2026. Each note’s outstanding balance will be reduced to zero. The notes will be suspended on Oct. 20, with termination scheduled for Oct. 23, 2026.
2. Issuer exposure
The redemptions reduce the issuer’s exposure to structured product units without prejudicing existing investors.
