FirstService Corporation’s FirstService Residential won a full-service management mandate for Spire Midtown, a 391-unit condo tower in Midtown Atlanta.

The contract covers property management, maintenance, financial oversight, vendor management, staffing, training and concierge services.

Spire Midtown previously used FirstService Residential, signaling a renewed relationship as Atlanta high-rise boards seek operational stability.
