- Noninterest expense jumped to $171.71 million from $68.11 million, reflecting $57.56 million of merger-related expenses tied to the First Foundation deal.
- The First Foundation acquisition closed April 1, adding $11.2 billion of assets and $8.8 billion of deposits; a $150 million share repurchase program was authorized July 24.
