FIS appointed Alexandra Brooks interim CFO effective November 5, 2026, replacing James Kehoe, who will step down that day. Kehoe will advise the company through March 2027 as it searches for a permanent CFO.

1. CFO transition

Brooks joined FIS as chief accounting officer in October 2024 and previously served as CFO of Hertz Global Holdings. Kehoe will serve as a non-executive senior advisor through March 2027 to support the transition. The search for a permanent CFO will consider internal and external candidates.
