Fiserv expands VikingCloud partnership to offer merchant cybersecurity protection
FI•Fiserv expanded its partnership with VikingCloud through a multiyear agreement covering merchant cybersecurity protection across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The offering is expected to become available in early 2027 and includes continuous monitoring, guidance and built-in cyber insurance.
1. Expanded cybersecurity offering
Under a multiyear agreement, Fiserv and VikingCloud will offer merchants VikingCloud Cyber Risk Defense across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa beginning in early 2027. The service is designed to reduce cybersecurity risk and simplify PCI compliance, with continuous monitoring, actionable guidance and built-in cyber insurance.
