Fisher & Paykel Healthcare agreed to sell 13 hectares of its 105-hectare Karaka Road site in Drury to Health New Zealand for $45.3 million. Health NZ plans a future hospital on the land to serve South Auckland’s growing population.
2. Settlement and remaining land
Settlement is expected between March and June 2027, subject to conditions. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare will retain the remaining land for a planned second New Zealand campus, with a final $15 million vendor payment due in December 2026.
