FitLife Brands FY26 Q2 net income rises 12% to $2 million; revenue climbs 65% to $26.5 million

FitLife Brands posted Q2 revenue of $26.5 million, up 65% year over year, driven by the Irwin Naturals acquisition.
Net income rose 12% from a year earlier to $2 million; diluted EPS increased to $0.20.
Gross margin narrowed 5.8 percentage points to 37% as Irwin historically runs below Legacy FitLife’s margin profile.
Adjusted EBITDA and segment trends
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed 10% to $3.7 million; wholesale revenue more than doubled to $14.6 million, representing 55% of revenue.
Management said Irwin revenue rose about 10% sequentially to $14.1 million, with Amazon at an annual run rate of about $11 million.
