Five Below appointed former Ulta Beauty CFO Scott Settersten to its board, effective Sept. 21, 2026.
- Settersten also joined the board’s audit committee, and the board expanded to 10 directors.
- At Ulta, he served as CFO from 2012 until retiring in March 2024.
- He previously spent 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a certified public accountant in assurance and risk management.
